MADD Entertainment announced a new sales record for The Family, which just started its second season and is already sold to over 80 markets, including MENA, US Hispanic & Puerto Rico, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Israel, Romania, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Honduras, Bulgaria, Hungary, Albania, CIS countries and HBO Max Latam. It is MADD Entertainment’s fastest-selling drama series.

The Family features international megastar Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ (Crash, Brave and Beautiful) in his much-anticipated return to Turkish television. Kıvanç plays a notorious crime lord who must manage Istanbul’s underworld as well as his strange family and new psychologist girlfriend, played by the ravishing Serenay Sarıkaya (Phi, Medcezir).

The Kıvanç series premiered in March on Turkey’s Show TV with the strongest launch of 2023, and it continues to earn top ratings in the coveted AB and ABC+20 cohorts. Viewers love the onscreen chemistry of Kıvanç and Sarıkaya and the unique family-centered plot. Fan engagement is strong, as both the series and its stars become Turkey’s top Trending Topic every Tuesday.

In addition to the romantic leads, The Family’s all-star ensemble includes top Turkish actors Nur Sürer (Chrysalis, The Pit), Nejat İşler (Revenge), Canan Ergüder (The Agency, War of Roses), Yüsra Geyik (Chrysalis), Levent Ülgen (Our Father, Kuzgun), and Ushan Çakır (Stiletto Vendetta).
