You read it first! Banijay confirms Love It or List It deal in Poland
 06 Aug 2026
Banijay Entertainment today announced that Endemol Shine Poland is producing the first Polish adaptation of hit property format Love It or List It (Pokochaj lub sprzedaj) for Super Polsat.

CEETV reported first about the remake in mid-July.

Originally created by Big Coat Media and distributed by Banijay Rights, Love It or List It became the highest-rated show on HGTV with over 60 series produced across multiple territories. The feel-good property format follows homeowners as they face a life-changing decision: can their beloved home evolve to meet their changing needs, or is it time to start a new chapter elsewhere? To help them decide, two competing experts go head-to-head – a designer determined to reimagine their existing home, and a realtor convinced the perfect property awaits. Hosting the first Polish version are interior designer Marika Jóźwiak and real estate agent Jacek Mędrala.

Małgorzata Perkowska-Czaja, Managing Director, Endemol Shine Poland, said:
"Love It or List It is one of those rare formats that combines genuine emotion with practical inspiration. At its heart are real people facing a decision many of us can relate to, making every episode authentic, uplifting and highly engaging. Every family has a unique story, and we're confident those stories will resonate strongly with Polish audiences.”

Lucas Green, Chief Content Officer, Operations, Banijay Entertainment, added: "Love It or List It continues to prove its enduring international appeal as it’s built around a simple but compelling premise. Blending heart, humour and high-stakes decision-making, audiences are hooked until the final decision. We look forward to seeing Endemol Shine Poland bring its own local perspective to the format.”

The format maintains strong international momentum following Screentime New Zealand's successful adaptation for TVNZ, which is returning later this year, alongside long-running versions in North America, Quebec, UK, Australia, and Finland.
